31\/2021\/ND-CP \u53f7\u6cd5\u4ee4\u7684\u9881\u5e03\uff0c\u7edf\u4e00\u4e86\u5bf9\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u548c\u5e94\u7528\u3002<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" title=\"\u65e0\u6548\u7684\" href=\"https:\/\/thuvienphapluat.vn\/van-ban\/Doanh-nghiep\/Luat-Dau-tu-so-61-2020-QH14-321051.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2020\u5e74\u6295\u8d44\u6cd5<\/a> <\/span>\u5168\u56fd\u8303\u56f4\u3002\u8fd9\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u4e00\u4efd\u7eaf\u7cb9\u7684\u6280\u672f\u6307\u5bfc\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u653f\u5e9c\u5728\u65b0\u9636\u6bb5\u89c4\u8303\u548c\u5438\u5f15\u8d44\u672c\u6d41\u5165\u91cd\u70b9\u53d1\u5c55\u9886\u57df\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u5de5\u5177\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pham_vi_dieu_chinh_va_doi_tuong_ap_dung\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u76d1\u7ba1\u8303\u56f4\u548c\u9002\u7528\u5bf9\u8c61<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u672c\u6587\u4ef6\u4f9d\u636e\u7b2c31\/2021\/ND-CP\u53f7\u6cd5\u4ee4\u7b2c1\u6761\uff0c\u91cd\u70b9\u9610\u8ff0\u5728\u8d8a\u5357\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u548c\u5546\u4e1a\u6d3b\u52a8\u4ee5\u53ca\u8d8a\u5357\u5728\u6d77\u5916\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u5173\u952e\u70b9\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u8be5\u6761\u4f8b\u8be6\u7ec6\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u6709\u5173\u6295\u8d44\u6fc0\u52b1\u63aa\u65bd\u548c\u4f01\u4e1a\u6295\u8d44\u652f\u6301\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\u548c\u6761\u4ef6\u3002.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u5404\u7c7b\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u767b\u8bb0\u8bc1\u7684\u7b7e\u53d1\u3001\u4fee\u6539\u548c\u64a4\u9500\u7684\u987a\u5e8f\u548c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u56fd\u5bb6\u5bf9\u6295\u8d44\u6d3b\u52a8\u8fdb\u884c\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u5efa\u7acb\u5b9a\u671f\u4fe1\u606f\u62a5\u544a\u5236\u5ea6\u6765\u5f00\u5c55\u6295\u8d44\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002 \u53f7\u6cd5\u4ee4\u9002\u7528\u7684\u5bf9\u8c61\u5305\u62ec\u56fd\u5185\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u3001\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u3001\u62e5\u6709\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8d44\u672c\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4ee5\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u4e3b\u7ba1\u56fd\u5bb6\u673a\u6784\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span #000000;\">2020\u5e74\u6295\u8d44\u6cd5\u4e0e\u7b2c31\u53f7\u6cd5\u4ee4\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u534f\u8c03<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u7b2c31\/2021\/ND-CP\u53f7\u6cd5\u4ee4\u7684\u9881\u5e03\u5f7b\u5e95\u5f25\u8865\u4e862020\u5e74\u300a\u6295\u8d44\u6cd5\u300b\u4ec5\u5728\u539f\u5219\u4e0a\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6f0f\u6d1e\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7a81\u7834\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u201c\u6392\u9664\u201d\u65b9\u6cd5\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u884c\u4e1a\u6e05\u5355\u7684\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u6e05\u695a\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u54ea\u4e9b\u6d3b\u52a8\u662f\u88ab\u7981\u6b62\u7684\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4f7f\u4ed6\u4eec\u80fd\u591f\u66f4\u79ef\u6781\u4e3b\u52a8\u5730\u6839\u636e\u6cd5\u89c4\u89c4\u5212\u4e1a\u52a1\u3002
