IRC Change Profile

A. General documentation for all cases:

Application for a work permit: According to form No. 11/PLI as stipulated in Decree 152/2020/ND-CP.

Health certificate: Issued by an authorized hospital/medical facility (domestic or foreign) within the last 12 months.

Criminal record: A certificate issued by a competent authority in a foreign country or Vietnam confirming that the worker is not a criminal offender, valid for 6 months.

Documents proving qualifications/experience: University degree, certificate of work experience abroad (legalized by the consulate).

Passport: A copy of the original passport and a valid visa as required by law.
