Businesses need to amend their investment license (Investment Registration Certificate – IRC) when the content on the license is no longer consistent with the actual implementation of the project, specifically in the following cases:
• Changes to investor information such as name, nationality, address, capital contribution ratio, or capital transfer.
• Change the name of the investment project
• Adjust the project's objectives and business lines.
• Changes in the scale or total investment capital, or the structure of capital sources.
• Change of project location
• Adjust the project's implementation period.
• Changes to the capital contribution schedule, project implementation schedule, or project operation schedule.
• Adjusting the form of investment or the content of investment incentives
Adjustments to investment licenses should be made promptly, before or immediately upon the occurrence of changes, to ensure the legality of the project and avoid the risk of administrative penalties.
