General conditions:

Specific conditions depending on the type of change
Change the company name
- The new name must not be identical to or cause confusion with any already registered business.
- The correct structure is "type + proper name".“
- It does not violate public morals and customs, and its name does not duplicate that of a government agency.
Changes to registered capital
- Capital increase: commitment to contribute the full amount according to the schedule.
- Capital reduction: ensuring sufficient debt repayment after reduction; the company must operate in accordance with the Enterprise Law.
- The statutory capital requirement will still be met if the industry requires it.

- Additional industries not included in the prohibited list.

A. General documents (required):
